Based on previous attendance we estimate around 200 - 300 students will attend. Suitable for: Organisations offering summer internships, 6-month industrial placements and graduate roles. Organisations of all sizes, both large, graduate recruiters and SMEsThose happy to engage with a wide range of students from our engineering disciplinesPrice: £450 + VAT for Exhibitors paying via invoice£350 + VAT for Exhibitors able to pay online without an invoice£800+ VAT for sponsorship Our priority is to facilitate positive connections between recruiting organisations and University of Edinburgh students and graduates. We will be in touch within 10 working days of you submitting your booking form. All bookings received by mid-August will be confirmed or contacted no later than 30 September 2026. What’s included in the exhibition price? A space in the venue large enough for you to assemble a display of 1.5m maximum width.Access to tap water for refilling water bottles - please bring your own, we will not be providing bottled water or plastic cupsTeas and coffee - please bring your own reusable take-away cup if you would like to take your hot drinks to your exhibition areaLight snacks - not lunch. To keep your exhibition costs down, we will be highlighting on campus cafes where your delegates can purchase their lunch if they don't bring their own. What’s included in the sponsorship price? Which students will engage? Most attendees (estimate 90%) will be from our School of Engineering covering Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical Engineering. We also offer specialist MSc degrees in Fire Safety and Sustainable Energy Engineering. Remainder of attendees from other STEM subjects. Engineering students from all year groups will be invited to attend but we would expect most interest to come from Undergraduates in years 3 - 4/5 and postgraduate taught students.If you recruit from multiple disciplines as well as engineers, you may wish to consider attending Discover Careers. (See 'What else can I do apart from this event?' section below) We encourage students to use this as a chance to be curious and discover what’s out there – that means some students may be at earlier stages of exploring career options and others may have clearer plans.We are proud to have a very diverse student population – around half of our students come from outside the UK – naturally they are keen to hear from the industry about their chances of working in the UK and have questions about visas.Find guidance on recruiting international students here What else can I do?
