Schedule and Registration

The Award will run twice in 2025/26. 

Between October and May, we are piloting a completely self-led course with no live sessions, where you can take part whenever suits you during this period. We will run the Award again from June to August with live sessions at the beginning and end, and you take part over this whole period. 

Sign ups to take part between (October 2025 – May 2026) will open Monday 06 October 2025.

Please note: 

• For the Summer Award, you must be able to attend two live online sessions.
• After you complete the registration form, you will receive an email from the Internships and Work Experience Team about the next steps. Please check your junk mail if you have not received it.

If you are undertaking work experience at the University, please make sure you log into MyCareerHub (when registering below) and Learn using your student account - not staff account - so your Award is linked to your student record.
