Stay tuned for updates on our 2025 event in the coming months.Key Details for organisationsWhen: Wednesday 30 October, 12:30 - 4pmWhere: Sanderson Building, Kings Building, Edinburgh Cost: £300 + VAT for Exhibitors paying via invoice £250 + VAT for Exhibitors able to pay online without an invoice What to expect from the Fair?To meet motivated students from our world class School of Engineering, keen to chat to you and explore what is available to them both on graduation and during their studies To benefit from the footfall a multi-employer on campus event will generate Target student audience: The majority of attendees (estimate 90%) will be from our School of Engineering covering Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical Engineering. We also offer specialist MSc degrees in Fire Safety and Sustainable Energy Engineering. Remainder of attendees from other STEM subjects Engineering students from all year groups will be invited to attend but we would expect most interest to come from Undergraduates in years 3 - 4/5 and postgraduate taught students Estimate 200-300 students If you recruit from multiple disciplines as well as engineers, you may wish to consider attending Discover Careers. If you are looking to fill tech and data roles, including software engineering, you might wish to consider attending Careers in Tech & Data (See 'What else can I do apart from this event?' section below) Suitable for organisations: Offering summer internships, 6 month industrial placements and graduate roles. In an effort to keep your exhibition costs down, we will be highlighting on campus cafes where your delegates can purchase their lunch if they don't bring their own.
