Beyond listing your organisation, vacancies and events on MyCareerHub we offer a range of additional services to help you raise awareness of what you offer, attract applicants and convert them into outstanding recruits. We want to help facilitate meaningful interactions between you and students, and we are always open to discussing options - please get in touch if you don't see something that feels right for you. We're delighted that in-person events are possible again, and we're offering a variety of on-campus options, alongside online options to engage with our students. As the market for talent heats up, should recruitment teams head back onto campuses or remain online? Our advice is to consider both. As we move into academic year 23/24 we are all still experimenting and learning - we don't have a strong enough indication of student behaviour in this new landscape to make predictions with confidence. What we can advise is that a blended approach may be most sensible, and that if you would like to have an on-campus presence, events like Discover Careers, events as part of our themed Campaigns or our Careers & Coffee service are worth considering before you go it alone. STEP 1 We always recommend making sure your organisation and any vacancies and events you want students to know about are listed on MyCareerHub as a first step. List Your Organisation, Vacancies and Events on MyCareerHub STEP 2 Review the options below. What can I do on-campus? From our Careers & Coffee service to multi-employer events, find out what your options are to have an on-campus presence. What can I do online? From targeted emails to booking prime advertising space, find out what your options are to increase your online presence. Fairs and Flagship Events Careers Fairs and other types of multi-employer events tend to be popular ways for students to connect with potential employers. Our Discover Careers, Careers in Law, Careers for Social Good and Careers in Engineering fairs will take place in October. In November we will be focusing on Careers in Sustainability followed by Careers in Tech & Data in January, Careers in Life Sciences in February and Creative & Cultural Careers in March.
