Even without a direct listing, it's always worth knocking on people's doors and having your CV ready to hand. If you're hoping to eventually go on to a paid position within the University,  previous voluntary experience will help you.

The Sports Union also runs internship programmes for students. These are highly competitive paid positions that can provide great experience while you're still in the middle of your degree.

The University is host to an amazing array of 64 different sports clubs. By involving yourself with committees and team-leadership, you can prove both your sporting and management credentials, giving you a boost when it comes to job applications.
